Inspired by the natural elegance, purity, and symbolic power of silver, Michael Gavrieli explored the relationship between light, texture, and material to create artworks where silver becomes more than a surface - it becomes the soul and guiding light of the piece.

Michael's art combines the ancient encaustic painting technique with fine silver to create an original piece that reveals new depth and character as it interacts with light. The Silver Angel Collection has become one of the most appreciated series - many collectors told the artist that they fell in love with their angel the moment they first saw it.

Today, only a small number of original Silver Angels remain and a new limited edition is already in preparation. Every artwork is created as an original, bringing together ancient encaustic craftsmanship, fine silver, and contemporary artistic vision.

A portion of the proceeds will be dedicated to supporting bee health research and conservation initiatives at the Institute of Bee Health at the University of Bern.
