The signature artwork of the Gavrieli Gold Collection draws on ancient Egypt, bringing three powerful mythological symbols into dialogue with materials associated with royalty.
Born from a singular vision, it reflects five years of experimentation with materials and refinement of encaustic technique, substantial personal investment and the determination to give an artistic dream its own unmistakable form.
Created over 700 hours of painting, the work incorporates 200 grams of pure 24-karat gold. A bespoke 24-karat gold-plated frame, requiring a further 300 hours, completes the work.
